Remote Paid Media Director
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a Director of Paid Media who knows how to turn smart strategy into measurable growth. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for building and executing full-funnel, omni-channel paid media strategies across a North American portfolio of brands — including a highly recognized loyalty program. If you’re both strategic and hands-on, love using data to drive decisions, and are comfortable leading agency partners while collaborating across marketing teams, this role is for you. APPLY NOW!
Job Summary:
As our Paid Media Director, you’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, using analytics and insights to optimize campaigns across both brand and performance marketing channels. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, manage a portion of the media budget, and help shape innovative campaigns that truly resonate with our audience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Strategy: Develop and execute cutting-edge paid media strategies across all channels and audience segments. Partner with Brand Marketing to align creative, messaging, and budgets for maximum impact.
- Manage Agencies & Partners: Be the quarterback for our media agency, ensuring smooth campaign planning, activation, and optimization. Build strong partnerships with platforms and vendors to drive innovation.
- Oversee Budget & Performance: Partner with senior leadership to strategically allocate media spend, using data to optimize investments and drive meaningful ROI.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with CRM, Digital, PR, and other teams to integrate paid and owned media strategies. Influence creative development to deliver personalized, AI-driven campaigns.
- Drive Results: Represent our owner-first philosophy, presenting strategies and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure campaigns deliver measurable business impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- 9–12 years in paid media strategy and execution, managing large budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications in Google, Meta, CTV platforms, or digital marketing are a plus.
- Hospitality or franchise experience is a bonus, but not required.
