Administrative Bookkeeper
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with outside bookkeeper
- Enter and manage data Bill.com and internal ERP
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records
- Take initiative to complete “whatever needs to get done” tasks
- Handle both complex projects and simple repetitive tasks with professionalism
- Receive mail, do daily bank deposits
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Basic accounting knowledge (QuickBooks Online)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities
- Dependable, humble, and team-oriented
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in an office, accounting, or administrative role (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with bank reconciliations and Excel spreadsheets
- Comfortable handling both detail-oriented accounting tasks and routine data entry
