Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Mercerville, NJ (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in-office)
Compensation: $40,000 per year

OCA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for performing duties associated with billing and invoicing on all accounts serviced by OCA. Payment Processing: Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Transaction Management: Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
Billing & Reconciliation: Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits; reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Problem Solving: Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues; be resourceful in finding alternative solutions to complex problems.
Client Relations: Facilitate payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and professionally assisting callers with department inquiries.
Reporting: Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status; prepare customer statements.
Account Setup: Perform new client review and account setup.
Compliance: Understand and comply with various State and Federal regulations impacting the protection of personal data ( HIPAA ).

Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related administrative/financial role preferred.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite ( Excel and Word ) and Zoho preferred.
Attributes: * Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well independently in a high-energy, deadline-driven atmosphere.
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
