Description: As a Personal Assistant at TMZ Events, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing schedules, coordinating events, and facilitating communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings and events.
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, and transportation.
- Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and project management.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
