About Your Role

As a Part Time Freelance Retail Artist, you will be the heart of the magic on the shop floor, embodying our mission to empower customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves with confidence. You will blend expert artistry skills, exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. Accessibility of our products for all customers and adapting your style to meet their individual needs are key to the role. This role is primarily located in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, with the occasional shifts throughout Monmouth and Ocean County.

Key Accountabilities

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed sales and training goals, driven by a desire to excel beyond expectations.
• Occasionally leading events in different retailers.
• Embrace teamwork, adapting to last-minute changes and providing strong support to managers and colleagues.
• Champion world-class artistry and impeccable customer experience, representing Charlotte Tilbury as a brand ambassador who educates and inspires customers to return.
• Maintain company grooming standards meticulously, representing the brand with confidence and professionalism.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience working in Sephora and Ulta Beauty highly preferred.
• A passion for beauty and a strong affinity for Charlotte Tilbury products, eager to promote and embody the brand.
• Makeup application skills with the ability to adapt styles to diverse customer needs.
• A positive mindset with an energetic and limitless approach to your work.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours as a freelance Retail Artist.
