Position Overview: We're on the hunt for a Lead Installer to join our close-knit team. As a Lead Installer , you'll be pivotal in installing heating & air conditioning systems to our high company standards, ensuring our customers receive a top-quality experience. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise and guide other Installers, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, occasional overtime as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• 6+ years of experience
• Must own all tools required to perform essential job functions
• Experience in supervising and guiding their team
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC school certificate
• Universal EPA
• NATE Core Certification with 3 Specialty Certifications
