Piano Violin Teachers needed

NY String Academy in Fort Lee, NJ is looking for piano & violin teachers.

We are seeking experienced, dedicated, dependable and degreed music teachers at our school in Fort lee, NJ. Applicants must have, at minimum a degree in music, music education, music performance, education or a related field. Teachers must have knowledge of music pedagogy; curricular approaches to teaching music and a strong desire to help music students of varying ages and ability levels succeed as student musicians.

Music Teacher Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive music in

• instruction to our students during their class/lesson time

• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons

• Be helpful, be patient, be friendly, be responsible and be professional

• Be enthusiastic, prompt, pro-active and efficient in communicating with our Director

Requirements For Consideration

• Have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in music or a related specialty

• Have the ability and skills to teach beginner through advanced-level students

• Have at least five years of music teaching experience

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

* This is a part-time job.
