Job Title: Client Tax Associate
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Type: Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Range: $25.00 to $27.41 Hourly

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate Canadian tax reporting forms (T5008, T3, T5).
• Update Excel files for accurate reporting values.
• Ensure participant data accuracy and manage approvals.
• Prepare and audit tax filings for accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to the annual tax production project plan.
• Perform testing and preliminary reviews of tax forms.
• Handle special client requests and amendments.
• Document processes and update procedures as required.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to support tax reporting across multiple markets.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of tax or operations experience.
• At least 12 years working in an office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Traits: detail-oriented, collaborative, inquisitive, fast learner, well-spoken, assertive.
• Strong reconciliation, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Canadian tax reporting preferred.
• Prior exposure to employee share plans or global tax production is a plus.
