Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the imaging center

Check-in patients, verify their information, and update any necessary paperwork

Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

Process and verify insurance information

Maintain patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth operations of the office

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
