An LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is needed in Princeton, NJ.

This opportunity is with a mission-driven outpatient counseling practice that offers a holistic, team-oriented environment supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000 – 100,000+
- Max caseload 30–34 clients per week

Responsibilities
- Setting: Outpatient behavioral health practice
- Schedule: Full-time; clinic operates Monday–Thursday with daytime + evening appointments, reduced hours on Friday
- Patient Population: Children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
Caseload: 30–34 clients per week depending on schedule and preference - Clinical Services May Include:
- Individual, Couples, Family, and Child/Adolescent Therapy
- Collaboration with psychiatric provider for medication management
- Holistic, mind-body-centered wellness approach
- Focus areas such as: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma/PTSD, Stress, OCD, Anger Management, Bipolar Disorder, Grief, LGBTQIA+ Support, Life Transitions, Relationship Conflict, Self-Esteem, College Prep, and more
- EMR: Web-based platform for documentation, scheduling, and billing
- Participate in team meetings, clinical case consultation, and collaborative care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field
- Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- One year or more of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Background in outpatient therapy strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and client engagement ability
- Commitment to evidence-based, ethical, and culturally responsive care
