Physical Therapist Clinic Director
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey to lead our brand-new, fully built-out clinic in Hackettstown, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with a non-clinical owner who will be hands-on in clinic operations.
What We Offer
- Salary Up To $110,000 Per Year (based on experience)

Why Join Us?
- Full-time, Monday–Friday position 9AM to 5:30PM
- One-on-one patient care model (40 to 60 minute intervals)
- Seeing maximum 12 patients per day (less if 60 minute treatment or evaluation sessions included)
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed NJ Physical Therapist
- Strong interest in marketing, business development, and community outreach
- Comfortability with geriatrics, balance, ortho, and neuro therapy
- Experience with EMR: Prompt
