Product Development Engineer
- Lead the design and development of new solenoid valve products for Analytical & Medical products that align with customer needs, marketing strategies, and business objectives.
- Develop, review, and approve detailed technical specifications and documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Define and drive requirements for developmental, qualification, reliability, and agency approval testing for new and existing products.
- Direct cross-functional project teams through all phases of the product development process, from concept and prototyping through validation, launch, and production readiness.
- Oversee and contribute to product localization and customization initiatives to support global markets and manufacturing capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for product performance improvement, cost optimization, and design standardization.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering collaborative problem solving and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, design control processes, and industry regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of product development engineering experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management.
- Strong ability to translate theoretical engineering principles into innovative, manufacturable product designs.
- Proficiency with engineering software tools, CAD systems, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges through analytical thinking, creativity, and cross‑team collaboration.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Legal authorization to work in the US - visa sponsorship will not be provided
- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Product development engineering experience within Analytical, Medical, or related highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management leading multi‑disciplinary technical teams.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, validation testing, and structured product development methodologies is a strong plus.
