- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Analytics, Economics, or Business a plus
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, consumer insights, or analytics, with a strong performance track record
- Critical experience working with Point-of-Sale metrics, including syndicated store scanning and panel data
- Familiarity with advanced analytics such as pricing elasticity, growth decomposition, and Net Revenue Management
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated structured problem-solving and logical thinking
- Ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations through reports, tools, and storytelling
- Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort learning new analytical tools
- Ability to work 3 days per week from Unilever’s Hoboken, NJ office
