Position Summary
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, creating fun learning experiences, and helping children reach important developmental milestones.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and lessons
Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
Follow all center policies and state childcare regulations
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff
Complete required classroom documentation and observations
Qualifications
Experience working with young children preferred
Passion for early childhood education
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Reliable, patient, and professional
Ability to work well as part of a team
Must be able to pass required background checks and meet state childcare requirements
