What you’ll do

• Set up and tool packaging lines for efficient changeovers and reliable runs.
• Adjust and verify process parameters to align with written standards and SOPs.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical faults quickly to minimize downtime.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve packaging-related quality issues.
• Drive efficiency while cutting waste and material loss.
• Document settings, interventions, and maintenance activities accurately and on time.
• Train operators on safe operation, correct set-up, and best practices.
• Support the Production Supervisor in maintaining cGMP, DEA, and OSHA compliance.
• Champion safety and confirm equipment operates within guarding and safety guidelines.
• Lead and approve line-clearance procedures.
• Apply working knowledge of PLCs and automation for reliability and functional improvements.
• Operate and maintain inkjet printers (continuous and thermal), UV printers, blister packers, bottle fillers, cartoners, and vision inspection systems.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including equipment and layout upgrades.
• Assist with cross-functional needs and special projects assigned by the Director of Operations.

Are you a match?

• PLC troubleshooting skills; experience troubleshooting industrial automation equipment
• Strong equipment troubleshooting and general problem-solving skills
• Fluent in electrical schematics and blueprint reading
• Mechanical assembly and machine building/assembling experience
• Clear, concise communicator across teams
