About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Behavioral Health Acute Care Unit in Belle Mead, NJ. This night-shift position offers the chance to work with complex patient populations in a supportive, team-based environment.

In this role, you will:

• Provide safe, evidence-based, direct patient care for individuals requiring acute behavioral health support.
• Oversee, delegate, and coordinate the work of other caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Continue building your professional knowledge and leadership skills in psychiatric/behavioral health nursing.

Schedule & Work Details

• Shift: Nights (6:45 p.m. 7:15 a.m.)
• Weekend Work: Every other weekend
• Holiday Work: Four of six major holidays
• On-Call: Not required

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License .
• AHA BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
• BSN in progress or willingness to complete within 3 years of hire.
• At least 6+ months of nursing experience OR active participation in a Nurse Residency Program.
