Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (Evening Contract Role)
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Schedule: Evening Shifts | 40 Hours/Week | 4x10s or 5x8s

Position Overview:
Join our network of healthcare professionals as a Radiologic Technologist for evening roles across NJ hospitals. This role demands independence and flexibility to thrive in high-pressure environments including ER, trauma units, and the OR.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Independently perform diagnostic imaging exams according to clinical needs.
• Ensure patient positioning and equipment settings are accurate for optimal imaging.
• Adhere to radiation safety by limiting exposure through collimation.
• Provide bedside x-rays using portable machines.
• Handle image processing and ensure accurate film/data tagging.
• Keep imaging rooms clean and ready for use.
• Help prepare contrast agents and assist during related procedures.
• Manage basic admin tasks including scheduling and documentation.
• Assist with patient handling when mobility is limited.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and patient care guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Completion of high school and an accredited radiologic technology training program.
• Fulfilled ARRT education and clinical requirements.
• Active NJ license to practice radiologic technology.
• Eligible for or certified by ARRT.
• At least 2 years of experience in hospital/acute settings preferred.
• Prior experience in ER, trauma, OR, and pediatric radiology is a strong plus.
