BODY20 is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast-growing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the pre-sales process, daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service. - The Studio Manager works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability
- Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
- Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
- Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars
- Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
- Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
- Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
- 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
- Associate or bachelors degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management
- Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue
