Job Type : Full Time Location : Edison, New Jersey Pay : Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description What you will be doing:
  • Schedule client appointments and other necessary meetings.
  • Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and related documents from healthcare providers.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of case files during the pre-suit phase.
  • Support Senior Paralegal with initial fact gathering and document review for medical malpractice matters.
  • Maintain accurate case management logs and update the firm’s database with incoming and outgoing records.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, medical facilities, and other third parties via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry as needed.
Experience you will need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Previous legal or administrative experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
