When you join us as an IT Operations Warehouse Manager, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Team member is responsible for managing, evaluating and reporting of hardware inventory to management. Team member is responsible for ordering supplies, RMA’s, evaluating and maintaining suitable inventory levels. Communicating inventory needs and levels with other stakeholders. Verifying quantities and descriptions of received equipment against purchase orders. Inventory management - Making sure order points are in line with what is on hand. Shipping equipment from central repository to desired center. Collaborate with IT leadership and other partners to assess and deliver on functional needs of the business in relation to hardware and software standards. Collaborate with other Hardware Depot Specialist in other RadNet regions. Monitor, provide assistance with and achieve resolution to procurement and hardware distribution issues. Work with procurement systems, service tickets and inventory systems in given area. Communicate frequently with leadership to have understanding of ongoing and future projects to ensure that the IT team is prepared to assist when needed. Visit sites and offices to assist with hardware distribution and collection of equipment. Maintain a strong working knowledge of all the equipment and systems supported by the IS Service Desk. Evaluate existing systems and/or user/business needs to analyze, design, recommend and implement system updates and/or changes. Maintain and keep a safe and organized work environment. Supervise and coordinate packing and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, maintain acceptable cable management practices and clean work area/computer rooms. Image desktops and laptops. Build computers or change out computer parts. You Are: Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: Ability to manually lift up to 50 pounds with appropriate equipment. Strong knowledge of SmartSheets (online spreadsheets), Microsoft Office products, and Microsoft Operating system. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and other PC based software applications. Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software basics. A+ Certification is a plus. Demonstrate strong operational and analytical abilities, with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing with all employees, customers and vendors (ability to communicate in a non-technical manner if needed). Possess and utilizes excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, personal computer software set up and installation, and PC connectivity. High level of proficiency and demonstrated effectiveness in problem determination and resolution. Demonstrated ability to establish and meet work schedules within limited time frames and under tight deadlines and willingness to work additional hours beyond your regular shift as the need arises. Ability/flexibility to travel to/between sites as needed, must possess a valid / unrestricted State Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
