Forklift Operator (堆高機操作員)

Staff Management Group is seeking a Forklift Operator for our client in Piscataway, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule :

• 1st Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM OR...
• 2nd Shift: 3:30PM - 12AM
• Sunday - Friday

Pay Rate :

• $18 - $19 / hour

Job Summary :

We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators (Cherry Picker) for a warehouse facility in Piscataway, NJ. Candidates must have experience operating a cherry picker forklift, along with picking, packing, scanning, quality control, and basic computer skills.

Job Responsibilities :

• Operate a cherry picker forklift to retrieve and store inventory safely at various heights
• Pick and stage orders accurately using RF scanners
• Pack items securely and prepare shipments according to company standards
• Perform quality control checks to verify product accuracy and condition
• Use warehouse systems and basic computer programs to update inventory and order status
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed
• Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and operating equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support general warehouse operations as required in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements :

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Mandarin
• Must be able to stand for long periods, work at heights when operating equipment, and perform in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must have experience operating a cherry picker forklift
• Must have experience with picking, packing, scanning, and quality control
• Must have basic computer skills.
