• 5 Physicians and 2 APP's on Staff

Job Description:

• Location: Chester, NJ (40mins to Newark)
• Group has 2 locations. Other office based in Hackettstown, NJ
• Internal Medicine Physician
• 100% Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Setting
• Typical Volume: 20-22 patients per day
• M-F Schedule 9-5pm. One day per week staying until 7pm.
• Weekend Call: Cover 9am - 1pm every third Saturday.
• Call by phone is 1:3 for evenings.
• 2 Other Internal Med physicians and 3 Pediatricians on Staff
• Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
• Provide high-value care consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
• Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.

Background Profile:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine
• Ability to have a New Jersey State Medical License
