Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, engaging Pre-K Tutor to work one-on-one with a sweet 4-year-old girl in Franklin Lakes, preparing her for Kindergarten. The right tutor will make learning fun, interactive, and age-appropriate while building foundational skills in early literacy, numeracy, and social readiness. Responsibilities * Provide individualized lessons to support early childhood development and Kindergarten readiness. * Foster a love of learning through play-based and structured activities. * Develop creative, interactive, and engaging sessions tailored to the child’s learning style. * Communicate progress and feedback to the family. Qualifications * Experience teaching or tutoring young children (Pre-K or Kindergarten classroom experience preferred). * Background in early childhood education strongly preferred. * Passion for working with little learners, patience, and creativity. * Ability to engage children in a positive, fun, and structured way. * Reliable transportation to Franklin Lakes.
