Full-time Outpatient PT Position in Hazlet, NJ

Pure Physio Physical Therapy is a PT-owned outpatient clinic in Hazlet, NJ where 1-on-1 treatment, clinical mentorship, and delivering the highest quality of care is the standard. We focus on treating orthopedic and sports rehab clients of all ages. Whether you’re a new grad looking to launch your career or an experienced PT ready to feel energized by your work again, this is the position for you.

• 1-on-1 Care - Treatment with focus on quality care and PT autonomy

• Weekly Mentorship – we want you to grow with us the right way. Mentorship opportunities with DPT/owner who is dry needling certified and board certified sports clinical specialist. Clinical and intrapreneur related mentorship is available.

• Manageable Caseload – Flexible scheduling with 1-2 patients/hour.

• Easy EMR System - we have tried many and found the one that makes paperwork easy. Technology driven mindset to limit documentation and administrative burden. Point of service documentation to avoid hours of notes.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a FULL-TIME Physical Therapist who:

• Is licensed in New Jersey

• Has 1+ years of outpatient experience OR is a motivated new grad eager to learn

• Manual therapy focused as our patients come for the one-on-one attention

• Communicates well and enjoys collaboration

• Evidence-based and values long lasting results

• Continued education focused as we strive to deliver the best our field has to offer

• Dry needling certification is preferred but not required.

• Someone who fits well with our current culture of treating active adults and athletes.

Compensation:

• Competitive Pay: varied based on part-time or full-time; hourly vs salaried.
