Weekends/ EOW (7a-3p, 3p-11p)

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Responsibilities:

· Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

· Support residents with mobility, transfers, and proper positioning to ensure safety and comfort

· Take, record, and report vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)

· Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to licensed nursing staff

· Provide basic nursing care under the direction of licensed nurses

· Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

· Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment

· Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures

· Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently

· Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

· Assist with meal service and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration

· Communicate effectively with nurses and the care team to support coordinated resident care
