I opened my first State Farm agency in 2013 and now operate two offices with a strong team of nine professionals. I started my career as a State Farm team member it was the first job where I truly felt I was making a difference. Once I found success helping customers protect what matters most, I knew agency ownership was the right path for me. Im a graduate of William Paterson University in New Jersey, and I bring that a driven, goal-oriented mindset into how I lead my team today. We work hard, stay motivated, and push each other to reach our highest potential. I offer two weeks of paid vacation, five sick days, a 401k plan, health benefits, and reimbursement for licensing costs. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where each team member has the tools and encouragement to succeed. Im looking for individuals who are self-motivated, relentless in achieving their goals, and passionate about helping others. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
