What You’ll Be Doing

As a Dishwasher at Linwood Country Club, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing and Sanitizing: Manually scrub pots, pans, and cookware, and operate industrial dishwashers while adhering to strict health and safety codes.
• Station Organization: Ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are cleaned, properly stored, and readily available for chefs and servers.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen spotless by sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning food prep areas, emptying trash, and maintaining the dish station.
• Equipment Care: Monitor soap and chemical levels, change water as needed, and report any mechanical malfunctions to your supervisor promptly.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
