An opportunity is available for an Evening Shift Staff Pharmacist in a closed-door long-term care facility located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This direct hire role is perfect for a pharmacist seeking to contribute their skills in a high-volume, supportive environment. The start date is immediate, and training on the Frameworks software system is provided to ensure seamless integration into daily operations.
Location:
- Cherry Hill, New Jersey
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 pm 2:30 am
- Every other weekend rotating
- Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday): 11:00 am 9:00 pm OR 1:00 pm 10:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial medication review using the Frameworks system
- Perform final medication checks and reviews
- Oversee pharmacy technicians during shifts
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and safety in a high-volume environment averaging approximately 600 prescriptions daily
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active and clear NJ Pharmacist license required
- Proven experience in pharmacy practice
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems (training provided)
