Business Consultant

Akkodis is seeking a Business Consultant for a Contract with a client in Allentown, NJ. Candidate must have strong capability in driving organizational change within SAFe and Agile delivery environments to be considered for this role.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Consultant job responsibilities include:

• Integrating organizational change management into SAFe portfolio, value‑stream, and ART ceremonies to support strategic transformation goals.

• Translating change initiatives and epics into actionable features and story‑level adoption plans across delivery teams.

• Partnering with Product Management, RTEs, and leadership groups to align change actions with delivery cadence and execution needs.

• Facilitating stakeholder alignment, executive sponsorship, and readiness activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

• Maintaining an OCM backlog that incorporates communications, training, and adoption enablers for PI planning and execution.

• Identifying change risks, dependencies, and resistance patterns and surfacing them through RAID for leadership decision‑making.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, change management, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in organizational change management within Agile or SAFe environments.

• Must have strong capability in integrating OCM practices into portfolio, value‑stream, and ART‑level workflows.

• Candidate must have proven expertise in stakeholder management, readiness assessments, and developing communication, training, and adoption strategies.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
