Coastal Home Rehabilitation, a therapist-owned practice specializing in geriatric care, invites dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the patients speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and communication goals.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and their families on communication strategies, speech exercises, and techniques for safe swallowing.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
