Service Account Manager

Rx Return Services is a premier pharmaceutical reverse distributor offering a range of reverse distribution, return authorization management, and pharmaceutical waste disposal services to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Account Manager to join our team and support our accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with procedures, and answering questions, and driving revenue growth through repeat business and referrals. This position requires travel within and outside your local assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Reach out to clients via phone calls and emails to encourage repeat business and address any questions or concerns.
• Assist current clients with accessing and understanding paperwork related to disposal services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM software.
• Answer incoming calls related to existing accounts.
• Travel to local accounts to complete services.
• Verbally contact customers to arrange and confirm pickups
• Retrieve, organize, count, pour, weigh, measure, package medications
• Perform medicine reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Schedule pick up of orders and monitor tracking number progress to destination
• Use technology to perform the above duties and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an account manager or in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related industry.
• Strong computer skills and experience with CRM technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
