What you will do: .

• Manage the utility rebate process by ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed appropriately and submitted timely.
• Ensure that sales orders are complete and that the appropriate information appears in third-party portals.
• Track all rebate submittals and ensure payments are received.
• Reconcile payments received by utility companies and confirm that payments are applied correctly.
• Manage rebate submittals to ensure that rebate totals do not exceed allowable limits.
• Provide monthly reporting on outstanding balances and rebates received.

What you will bring:

• Ability to adapt to various software systems.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
• Ability to deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• The ability to sit for extended periods while using phones and computers.
• The ability to work autonomously with little supervision.

• This job is performed primarily in general office environments.

Location: Cranbury, NJ (Hybrid work schedule)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Rate: $20-23/hr.
