Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for:

• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
• Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
• Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
• Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• 2+ years of customer services, hospitality, education with recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Customer service focus
• MS Office experience to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

This is a virtual role with local travel frequently in the Passaic County and surrounding area to attend client, talent, hiring, and school events . Valid US Driver's license in good standing is required.

Base pay for this position is $52,000-55,000 per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
