We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee daily shop operations, improve productivity, and ensure quality repairs while supporting a high-performing service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow and shop productivity
• Assign and monitor repair orders for maximum efficiency
• Assist technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain high standards for quality control and customer satisfaction
• Support technician training and development
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to improve operations
• Monitor shop safety procedures and compliance standards
• Help achieve departmental performance and profitability goals
• Serve as a technical resource for the service team

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Master Technician
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor and develop technicians
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Experience with dealership service operations and manufacturer standards
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Preferred Experience

• Domestic, import, or multi-franchise dealership experience
• Electrical, drivability, and advanced diagnostics expertise
• Shop workflow and productivity management
• Warranty repair and manufacturer compliance experience
• Training and mentoring technicians at various skill levels
