Senior Litigation Associate (6+ Years Exp) - Employment Law

The managing partner operates strategically from Florida, offering you a unique blend of executive autonomy and close collaboration with a veteran senior attorney and a highly dedicated, long-term paralegal staff.

This is not a traditional associate job. We are looking for a self-motivated, New Jersey litigator who wants to treat this docket like their own, drive massive results, and position themselves to fully take over and inherit a thriving, steady stream of South Jersey employment business in the next 5 to 7 years as the founding partner transitions to retirement.

• No Billable Hour Trap: We do not measure your worth by arbitrary 2,000-hour quotas. We are purely results-driven.
• True Financial Upside: $125,000 Base Salary + a direct percentage of the fees recovered on the dockets you actively litigate.
• Defined Succession Plan: Clear path to complete practice takeover/ownership within 5–7 years.

• Act as the lead "boots on the ground" counsel in New Jersey, confidently conducting day-to-day depositions, representing clients, and handling oral arguments/court appearances.
• Masterfully manage document-heavy discovery dockets with precision.
• Work hand-in-hand with our veteran paralegal to ensure flawless filing and motion practice.
