Join a patient-centered cancer care team delivering high-quality radiation therapy in a fast-paced oncology center. The Radiation Oncology Therapist will administer precise treatments using linear accelerators (IMRT/VMAT, IGRT, SBRT/SRS), verify physician prescriptions and treatment parameters, perform CT simulation and immobilization, execute accurate patient positioning and image guidance, apply shifts and isocenter verification, conduct daily machine warm-up and basic QA, uphold radiation safety and ALARA standards, and maintain meticulous documentation and charge capture. Daily responsibilities include educating and supporting patients, monitoring and reporting side effects, collaborating with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and dosimetrists on treatment planning and workflow, coordinating schedules to optimize throughput, assisting with brachytherapy setups as needed, participating in chart checks and peer review, and ensuring a clean, compliant treatment environment.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Graduate of an approved Radiation Therapy program
• Licensed as a Radiation Therapist in the state of New York or ability to obtain upon hire
• Prior working experience highly desirable
