 $24.00 – $25.00 per hour

We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk / DMV Title Clerk who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and takes pride in accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Do

Motor Vehicle / Title Processing

• Process new and used vehicle registrations

• Prepare tax and title documents accurately

• Submit legal transfer paperwork to the DMV in a timely manner

Compliance & Verification

• Verify all funds are collected before processing titles

• Ensure lienholders are properly paid off

• Maintain compliance with all state and dealership requirements

Reporting & Reconciliation

• Prepare monthly reports on outstanding title work

• Reconcile title schedules and related accounting entries

• Maintain organized and accurate records

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of automotive title processing and/or billing experience

• Strong understanding of DMV procedures and compliance

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

$24.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
