Home-Based Travel Consultant
Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Home-Based Travel Consultants. In this remote role, you will help clients plan and book travel experiences including vacations, cruises, hotels, flights, and tours. This is a great opportunity for individuals who love travel and want the flexibility to work from home while helping others create unforgettable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets
- Research and recommend travel destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities
- Create customized travel itineraries for clients
- Maintain communication with travel vendors and suppliers
- Assist clients with travel updates, itinerary changes, and questions
- Stay informed on travel promotions, trends, and destination information
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Basic computer and internet research skills
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Passion for travel and helping others plan vacations
- Previous travel or sales experience is a plus but not required
Preferred Skills
- Experience with travel booking platforms or reservation systems
- Sales or client consulting experience
- Knowledge of international travel requirements
