REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Starting Salary: $19.00 p/hr. (May be negotiable depending on experience)
- Minimum of one (1) year related experience
- Proficient in:
- English (communication, reading, writing, grammar and mathematics)
- Interpersonal relations and communication
- Organizational skills
- PC skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Visual and auditory skills
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with emphasis in Business curriculum
- Associate degree in related field preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform various duties to support the customer service function of the Bank
- Greet customers and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner; direct them to the proper person or department
- Answer general questions and provide general information; direct more specific questions to proper individual
- Answer incoming telephone calls; transfer calls to proper individual/department
- Maintain various logs for employee in/out, use of Bank-owned vehicle, etc; maintain emergency contact list
- Open and sort incoming mail, assuring delivery to proper individuals or departments; process outgoing mail
- Assist Assistant Corporate Secretary with daily routines for the Bank's President and CEO
- Assist with preparing various correspondence (i.e., typing, copying, mailing, distributing, etc)
- Assist with preparing Board packages and information necessary for Board Committee meetings
- Assist with preparing for regulatory examinations
- Maintain and update Bank policies, as required
- Maintain and process all orders for supplies
- Coordinate specific work tasks with other personnel with the Executive department (and other Bank departments) to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information
- Abide by current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment free of harassment and illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace
- Cooperate with, participate in, and support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, as requested (or according to an established schedule); compile information, as necessary or directed, and provide data to appropriate Bank personnel
- Respond to inquiries relating to the particular area within given time frames and established policy
