Contract To Hire Forklift Operator (Stand-Up Reach, Cherry Picker, Turret Truck) Location: Hamilton, NJ Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Stand-Up Reach Trucks , Cherry Pickers , and Turret Trucks , along with strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems ( WMS ). This role requires attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate S tand - U p R each , Cherry Picker, and Turret Truck equipment safely and efficiently .
- Perform picking, put-away, replenishment, and inventory tasks using the WMS.
- Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners and computer systems .
- Maintain a clean and organized work area .
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures .
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed .
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors .
- Proven experience operating Stand-Up Reach, Cherry Picker, and Turret Truck forklifts .
- Strong computer skills and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy .
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin ( plus ) .
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods .
- Initial phone interview .
- On-site hands-on equipment testing .
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed) .
- $19.00 per hour .
