Registered Nurse (RN) - Non-Medical Home Care / Field RN

We are seeking a compassionate and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team in Maywood, NJ. This full-time, salaried position ($90,000–$100,000) plays a vital role in ensuring quality client care, supporting caregivers, and maintaining compliance with state standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing in-home nursing assessments and new case evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized care plans for clients.
• Lead caregiver orientations and provide ongoing training and skill development.
• Perform supervisory visits and annual evaluations for CHHAs.
• Make scheduled client follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and quality of care.
• Serve as the on-call nurse for medical concerns and new case assessments after hours .
• Ensure compliance with NJ DOH regulations, accreditation standards, and agency policies.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and the internal team to support client care.

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• 5+ years of nursing experience (home care or community health preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach and genuine passion for helping seniors live safely at home.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
