Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering. You will strategize and resolve highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Additionally, you will provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions and strategically engage with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and influence initiatives for complex business and technical needs.
• Strategize and resolve unique challenges requiring advanced analytical thinking.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions with creativity and innovation.
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Engineering solutions.
• Engage strategically with client personnel to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience deploying applications on servers like Apache Tomcat, JBoss EAP, and IBM WebSphere.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle, and SonarQube.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and J2EE design patterns.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and manage sprint progress.
• Preferred knowledge of Ansible, Python, shell scripting, and network technologies (F5, AVI, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in backend development using Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Core, Spring MVC, and related frameworks.
• Experience implementing microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Proficiency in database technologies like Hibernate and Oracle.
• Skilled in Java programming, including multithreading, event handling, and generics.
• Frontend development expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Ajax, and Angular.
• Ability to design and develop responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Angular components, services, directives, pipes, and route guards.
• Proficient in developing and consuming SOAP and RESTful APIs using JAX-WS, JAX-RS, and Spring Rest Controller.

Pay Range: $100 - $110/hr. on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
