Job Title: Dock & Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Elizabeth, NJ
Pay Rate: $20 – $23/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
A growing logistics operation in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dock & Warehouse Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, and clerical operations. This is a hands-on role that blends warehouse work with administrative responsibilities, ideal for someone comfortable working both on the dock and in an office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dock operations including loading, unloading, and organizing freight

• Separate and stage freight for pickup and delivery

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification preferred)

• Print shipping labels and delivery paperwork (DLs)

• Assist with scheduling and preparing shipments for outbound delivery

• Handle email communication with internal teams and customers

• Perform general clerical and office duties related to shipping and logistics

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movements

• Ensure dock and warehouse areas remain clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warehouse, dock, or logistics operations

• Forklift experience required (certification a plus)

• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, printing documents, data entry)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Work Environment:

• Combination of warehouse/dock and office setting

• Active role requiring standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
