RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey's largest and most comprehensive integrated healthcare system, is seeking an experienced physician leader to serve as Medical Director, Occupational & Workforce Health for our state-of-the-art Ocean County Hub in Lakewood, New Jersey.
This leadership opportunity offers the ability to shape workforce health strategy, employee well-being, occupational medicine services, workplace safety, regulatory excellence, and wellness initiatives supporting more than 43,000 RWJBarnabas Health employees and over 700 employer clients throughout New Jersey.
The successful candidate will help drive innovation, support workforce resilience, lead service development initiatives, and collaborate with executive leadership to advance a modern vision of Occupational & Workforce Health.

Preferred Qualifications
- Board Certified in Occupational Medicine preferred
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, with Occupational Medicine experience considered
- Leadership experience within Occupational Health, Employee Health, Workforce Health, or related clinical settings
- MRO, DOT, and IME certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers' Compensation regulations
- New Jersey medical license or eligibility

The anticipated salary range for this position is $215,000 to $340,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and leadership background.
