Join Advanced Endodontic Associates as a Dental Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality endodontic services, and were looking for a motivated individual to help us achieve that mission. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups efficiently.
- Process patient intake forms and maintain accurate records.
- Handle billing and insurance verification with attention to detail.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the waiting area and reception are tidy and welcoming.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Dentrix dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
Advanced Endodontic Associates has been serving the Monmouth County community for over 4 decades, with three Locations Freehold Ocean and Middletown. specializing in root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures.
