Project/Program Management Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with Regions and BUs to build omni-channel experiences.
- Define capabilities, roles, processes, and technology for marketing efforts.
- Advise on digital approaches and new ways of working.
- Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to align and deliver technology requirements.
- Identify and share standard processes in omni-channel marketing.
- Establish goals, KPIs, and measure performance across digital channels.
Experience Required
- 5+ years of digital project management experience.
- Agile or SCRUM certified practitioner.
- Proficiency in establishing and managing Advanced JIRA roadmaps.
- Ability to set up repeatable processes and systems for project management.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in remote environments.
- Preferred understanding of digital marketing with hands-on campaign experience.
