Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for two Evening Shift Staff Pharmacists to support a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) facility operating in a high-volume setting. This direct hire role is based in Clementon, New Jersey, with a schedule designed to cover critical evening hours.

Location:

• Clementon, NJ

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM 2:30 AM
• Every other weekend rotation
• Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, either 11:00 AM 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Perform final medication reviews and checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee pharmacy technicians during the shift to maintain operational efficiency
• Dispense medications accurately and timely
• Manage a volume of roughly 600 prescriptions per day, maintaining speed and precision

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license
• Proven pharmacy experience, particularly within fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
