Logistics and Purchasing Administrator

As we continue to grow around the globe, we have decided to bring on a dedicated Logistics and Purchasing Administrator to help drive success within our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our end-to-end logistics and purchasing processes, while assisting our order processing team. It will be extremely beneficial if you were fluent in both Korean and English, but only English is mandatory.
For this role, we expect supply chain optimization, transportation management, and collaboration with efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
Work with our American, European, and Korean offices to monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
Oversee transportation operations, including carrier selection, route planning, and shipment tracking.
Negotiate transportation contracts with vendors and contractors.
Assist warehouse management with ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, storage, and picking of inventory.
Identify opportunities to reduce shipping costs.
Implement technological solutions to enhance visibility and automation in logistics operations.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to the logistcs and order processing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms and monitoring performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience in logistics, order processing, and operations with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using logistics software and Google Suite.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
