We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide critical support across Operations, HR, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and general administrative functions for our client’s U.S. business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR systems and policies; manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
- Support purchasing and inventory tracking; manage POs and shipments.
- Assist with compliance, state licensure reporting, and adverse event coordination.
- Provide general office support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and supply management.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in HR administration and general office operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A 4 year degree is highly preferred but will take relevant experience over degree.
