What You’ll Do

• Use AutoCAD to create and update detailed drawings for plumbing and HVAC systems
• Translate sketches and specifications from engineers and architects into technical plans
• Collaborate with our field and project teams to bring designs to life
• Apply your understanding of construction and building systems to improve designs
• Create multiple versions of plans for review and revision
• Include accurate dimensions, materials, and instructions in your drawings
• Work closely with senior leadership to meet project goals and timelines

What You Bring

• 5+ years of drafting experience, specifically in plumbing and HVAC systems
• Strong AutoCAD® skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
  
  

Preferred but Not Required

• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience estimating or working with field operations
